Who we are
We’re a couple of students who started this new business in Stellenbosch, cleaning the furniture people already love instead of watching them replace it. We turn up on time, we treat your home like ours, and we show you the before-and-after of everything we touch.

We work Stellenbosch and its suburbs first, and the Cape Winelands by arrangement. Farther out, we batch trips and quote the travel honestly rather than hiding it in the price. Tell us what needs cleaning and we’ll come back to you the same day.

The fine print
Responsible party: De Wet Goosen t/a Fabric Fanatics, Stellenbosch.
What we collect: your name, WhatsApp number, suburb and details of the items you want cleaned — only what you send us.
Why: to give you a quote and carry out the work. Nothing else.
How long: kept for the job and for our tax records, then deleted.
We never share or sell your details to anyone.
Your rights: you can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the details we hold. Just message us on WhatsApp.
We test on a small hidden area before cleaning anything visible.
Our responsibility is limited to damage caused by our own failure to take reasonable care. Fabrics differ, and some carry an ordinary risk of reacting even when handled correctly — that risk stays with the item’s owner.
Some things we can’t promise to remove: ink, bleach marks, sun-fade, and set-in pet urine. We’ll always tell you honestly before we start.
The guarantee: if you’re not happy with anything we cleaned, we come back and re-clean it free. If you’re still not happy, that item is free — we refund what you paid for it. The guarantee covers the cleaning result, not damage.
Full terms are shared with you on WhatsApp when you book, before any work begins. Payment is by EFT or direct transfer only.
